Part-time – Every Sunday (Plus additional hours if desired)
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Sunday Manager to join our busy independent coffee shop in the heart of Bath.
This is an ideal role for someone looking for a permanent part-time management position with responsibility for leading a small team and ensuring the smooth running of the business on Sundays.
About the role
As Sunday Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Opening and closing the coffee shop.
- Managing a small team of up to three staff.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Preparing and serving drinks and food.
- Cooking our breakfast menu, including Full English breakfasts.
- Maintaining high food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Handling cash/card transactions and ensuring the day runs smoothly.
What we're looking for
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality.
- Confidence leading and motivating a small team.
- Kitchen experience and the ability to cook simple breakfast dishes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A calm, organised approach in a busy environment.
- A reliable and positive attitude.
Hours
- Every Sunday.
- Additional hours including holiday cover may be available if desired.
Pay
Competitive rate, dependent on experience.
