Eco Target Ltd is launching its Boiler Upgrade Scheme division and we are looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Sales & Compliance Manager to lead the full customer journey from enquiry to completed installation.
This is not just a sales role. We need someone who understands air source heat pumps, BUS grant vouchers, MCS requirements, customer eligibility, surveys, quotations, contracts, installer coordination and job handover.
The successful candidate will help customers access the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant, explain the benefits of air source heat pumps, manage quotations and paperwork, and coordinate with our technical and installation teams to deliver high-quality compliant installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries for air source heat pump installations
- Explain the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant and customer eligibility clearly
- Arrange surveys and gather property information
- Prepare customer quotations, proposals and contracts
- Coordinate heat loss surveys and system design requirements
- Manage BUS voucher applications, customer consent and grant paperwork
- Ensure jobs follow MCS, TrustMark and compliance requirements
- Liaise with installers, designers, admin staff, suppliers and customers
- Track every job from lead to survey, design, quote, approval, installation and voucher redemption
- Help build Eco Target’s ASHP department into a strong, compliant and profitable division
- Monitor conversion rates, job margins, customer satisfaction and installation progress
Requirements
- Experience in air source heat pumps, heating, renewables or energy efficiency
- Strong understanding of the Boiler Upgrade Scheme
- Knowledge of MCS processes and customer paperwork
- Ability to manage sales, admin and operational handover
- Confident speaking with homeowners and explaining technical information simply
- Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
- Experience working with installers, surveyors or retrofit/renewables teams
- Commercial awareness around pricing, margins and customer conversion
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Desirable
- Previous ASHP sales or project management experience
- Knowledge of heat loss calculations and heating system design
- Experience with MCS, TrustMark, HIES/RECC or similar compliance
- Understanding of DNO, warranties, commissioning paperwork and handover packs
- Experience setting up a new renewables department
