This is a key strategic role for Vernacare, fundamental to developing our presence in the healthcare market. As Commercial Account Manager, you will drive regional growth, build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Youll work at Integrated Care System (ICS) and regional group levels, ensuring Vernacare is a trusted partner across the Midlands/ Nottingham region.

Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with category strategies

Build and nurture relationships with key NHS decision-makers

Deliver solution-oriented sales and manage product evaluations

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve KPIs

Share market intelligence and competitor insights

Represent Vernacares values at internal and external meetings

Experience: Sales and Key Account Management within healthcare

Knowledge: Commercial acumen and understanding of NHS structure

Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, and analytical thinking

Other: Significant travel across Scotland (overnight stays may be required)
