Working closely alongside the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery of engineering and maintenance services across the site while helping drive service performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. A key focus of the role will be managing and coordinating the PPM programme through the CAFM system, ensuring planned and reactive works are completed in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs. The role also involves daily engagement with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams, supporting operational reporting, raising purchase orders and billable works, and assisting with health & safety compliance across the airbase.
