We're on the lookout for a passionate and customer focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team at the Northfield store.

What You'll Be Doing:
· Delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service
· Assisting with buying, selling, and valuing a wide range of second-hand goods
· Supporting customers with our financial services – including pawnbroking
· Playing a key role in supporting our online retail operation
· Creating win-win situations through excellent negotiation skills
· Helping customers find the perfect item, giving second-hand products a second chance
· Support our growing online retail offering to maximise sales across all platforms
· Merchandising in-store displays
What We’re Looking For:
· A people person with a passion for helping others
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to learn about products from tech to tools and everything in between
· A great work ethic, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
