Window Surveyor and Operations Lead

£40,000 – £55,000 per year

Easyglaze is looking for an experienced, practical and organised person to join our team in a key role within the business.
This is not just a fitting role. We already have fitters in place, but we now need someone who can help with surveying, service calls, technical support, day-to-day operational control, and keeping work moving smoothly between the office, warehouse and fitting team.
Main duties
- Survey windows, doors and related products
- Measure accurately and identify issues before jobs are ordered
- Attend service calls, snagging jobs and remedial work
- Support fitters with technical advice and practical problem-solving
- Help make sure jobs are properly prepared before they go out
- Help maintain fitting standards and day-to-day organisation
- Support with practical work on our showroom/refurbishment project where needed
We are looking for someone who:
- is confident measuring windows and doors
- has experience with uPVC windows and doors
- can deal with service work and remedials
- is practical, organised and reliable
- can manage day-to-day issues and help keep work on track
- has a full driving licence
