Dental Hygienist / Therapist (2 Days)
Mapplewell Dental Centre, S75 6AA
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate dually qualified Dental Hygienist/ Therapist to join our team for 2 days a week. - Full Nursing Support: You will always work alongside a qualified, experienced Dental Nurse to ensure your days run smoothly.
- Modern Environment: Take advantage of fully equipped surgeries, digital radiography, and a well-organised, friendly on-site team.
- Group Benefits: Enjoy the stability, clear compliance structures, and career support that comes with being part of a wider dental group.

- Provide thorough Dental Hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, and polishing.
- Carry out routine direct restorations for both adult and paediatric patients.
- Deliver impactful oral health education, personalised advice, sealants, and fluoride treatments.

- Keep detailed, accurate, and compliant electronic clinical records.
Requirements
- GDC Registration as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist (essential).
- Valid Medical Indemnity Insurance (essential).
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to complete a new check funded by us)
- A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with Associate Dentists to build a referral list.
