Sullivan Brown is delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a People Coordinator to join their busy and supportive People team on a temporary basis, providing cover for a long-term absence until March 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle.
The Role
As a People Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing professional administrative and operational support across a wide range of HR activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training and development.
- Offering advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and the application of best practice.
- Assisting with the analysis, interpretation and quality assurance of people data and HR information.
- Managing your own workload and caseload while supporting colleagues and promoting collaborative working across the wider People team.
- Supporting employee relations processes, including taking accurate meeting notes and assisting with HR casework and related activities.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience working within an HR or People function.
- Experience using HR or people management systems.
- Strong administrative skills, with a good understanding of HR processes, procedures and best practice.
- The ability to build effective working relationships and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience preparing, analysing and producing accurate and comprehensive reports.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
