Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

- Willing to expand knowledge and further training in Fire Safety to support the business growth in the industry
Duties include:
Waking Watch
- Conduct video and voice calls with fire wardens across multiple client sites
- Communicate professionally via telephone, video calls, and email
- Complete clear and detailed handovers to ensure smooth business continuity
- Complete detailed concern and incident reports, sending over to clients and their support teams.
- Ensuring all staff and sites are compliant with NFCC guidance
Security
- Liaise on a daily basis with staff + the client and operational management teams.
- Support the fulfilment of the contracted/business objectives, through the range of duty assignments which will involve security and support duties.
- To operate, monitor and prioritise all security systems located within the Control Centre in an effective manner, ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the site-specific assignment instructions and current legislation.
- To perform ad hoc duties as directed.
