The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own commercial property caseload while providing a proactive and client-focused service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to a broad client base
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm to maximise cross-referral opportunities
- Supervising support staff where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Managing files efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication
- Assisting with networking, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Commercial Property department
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Commercial Property Lawyer, or CILEX Lawyer
- Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Property law
- Experience managing your own commercial property caseload
- Proven business development and networking experience
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
- Ability to supervise support staff where required
- Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
