Receptionist Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 12.00noon

We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator who is not only organised and efficient but who is also a welcoming face to the school.
About you
As a Receptionist Administrator in a school office you will,
- Be a confident in using a wide range of IT systems – full training will be provided
- Have strong communication skills
- Be a welcoming first point of contact with the school, whether this is in person or over the telephone
- Have the ability to manage your work load efficiently
- Have excellent record keeping skills, a key part to this role will be to monitor pupils absences and report on this where necessary
