Lead, supervise, and support a team delivering home care services

Oversee recruitment processes, including interviews, DBS checks, and onboarding

Manage training and induction, ensuring all staff meet required standards

Monitor team performance, handle supervisions, and address disciplinary issues when necessary

Ensure client needs are assessed and met through tailored care plans and regular reviews
-
Promote client engagement and contribute to the branch's quality assurance efforts

Maintain compliance with Health & Safety requirements in the branch and client homes

Ensure rotas are managed effectively and care calls are delivered as scheduled

Proven experience managing domiciliary care or a similar service

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Availability to work alternate weekends and be on call as needed
