Frontier Property Services Ltd are a family run business experiencing sustained growth.
As such we are looking for an qualified Electrician, it would be highly advantageous to have demonstrable experience of skills within a secondary trade.
You will need to carry out domestic electrical testing and inspection work, rectify faults and maintain electrical systems and appliances to a high quality standard, EICR remedial work, complete all relevant documentation relating to all aspects of the role. It would be highly beneficial if you have experience within the social housing sector and experience of being a qualified Supervisor with the NICEIC.
You will need to be 18th Edition qualified and hold either 2391 or 2394/5 C & G.
We need somebody that is professional, takes pride in their work, and are punctual and reliable. The right person should be flexible and self-motivated and an excellent communicator, this is essential for us to maintain our customer relationships.
A DBS check will be carried out for the successful candidate.
You we will be provided with a van and fuel card for this role.
