We're looking for a Programme Maintenance Designer to play a vital role in ensuring our programmes run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly across our digital platforms. You'll be central to maintaining high-quality learner journeys-ensuring every module, resource, and data point is exactly where it should be.

Salary: Up to £32,000.00 dependent on experience
Hours: 36.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday
Please note although this is a remote based role you will need to be based in the U.K for GDPR purposes.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Programme Maintenance Designer, you'll combine technical precision, organisation, and collaboration to keep our programmes operating at their best:
Programme & Platform Management

Build and maintain programme structures on our learning platform (Bud)

Upload and publish engaging digital modules and content

Conduct thorough testing to ensure a seamless learner experience

Implement updates to keep programmes compliant with regulatory and funding requirements

Manage additional platforms and content repositories to ensure consistency across systems

Support system improvements and enhancements with product teams

Handle and prioritise requests through Jira in line with SLAs
Data & Accuracy

Maintain accurate programme data across Salesforce and internal systems

Update curriculum price lists and ensure information consistency

Ensure full compliance with GDPR and data protection standards
Quality Assurance

Review and prioritise maintenance requests based on impact

Apply fixes and validate changes before release

Collaborate on reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaboration

Work closely with Curriculum, Product, and Digital teams

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving
What We're Looking For

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Comfortable working in a remote, team-based environment

Experience in programme administration or digital content management

Familiarity with learning platforms (e.g. Bud or similar LMS)

Understanding of curriculum delivery or learning technologies (advantageous)

Experience working with data systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Strong IT skills, including MS Office

Quality assurance experience (desirable)
