Due to expansion we are looking for a talented and motivated Front of House Supervisor to assist in overseeing clubhouse hospitality operations at Kings Norton Golf Club, including our bars, lounge, events suite, and outdoor spaces.
This is a key position at the heart of our club, where you'll be delivering exceptional member and guest experiences, and shaping the future of our hospitality offering.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervising and inspiring our FOH team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Assisting in overseeing all bar, lounge, restaurant, and event operations.
- Working closely with our Front of House Manager, Head Chef and Events Manager to deliver seamless daily service and first-class functions.
- Helping to drive standards, team culture, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality (club, hotel, or restaurant background preferred).
- A hands-on supervisor who leads by example and motivates teams to excel.
- Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
- A natural host with a passion for creating outstanding experiences.
