2026 is set to be our biggest year yet. As we scale our operations across South London, we’re looking for sharp, motivated Dispatch Controllers to join our tight-knit, high-energy team. The Role: More Than Just Dispatch
You won't just be moving cars; you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Precision Dispatching: Using the Cordic system to get our drivers where they need to be.
- Strategic Planning: Thinking three steps ahead to manage bookings and peak-time logistics.
- Business Growth: Working directly with management to spot opportunities and improve how we move.
- Problem Solving: Handling the "puzzle" of London traffic with calm and professional logic.
Shift Patterns (Work-Life Balance)
We operate on a 4-on, 4-off rotating roster, giving you consistent blocks of time off.
- Night Team: 18:00 - 06:00
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar dispatch role (if you’ve used Cordic, you’re already at the front of the queue!).
- Local Intel: An expert-level knowledge of Croydon, South London, and the surrounding areas.
- Tech Savvy: Fully computer literate and comfortable with digital logistics.
- The Right Mindset: Professional, organised, and able to work independently while staying "in sync" with the team.

- Pay: From £12.00 per hour (negotiable based on your experience level).
- Status: This is a Full-Time, Self-Employed position.
