What you'll be doing

Supporting multiple outlets across Warwick Castle, delivering a variety of food services, including working from a central production unit to dispatch food across the site

Assisting with busy Conferences & Banqueting operations, catering for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches, private parties, Christmas events, and Warwick Castle's popular summer concerts

Supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards

Ensuring high levels of attention to detail and food quality

Assisting with stock rotation and helping to minimise waste

Full-tIme role with shifts typically between 8:00am - 4.00pm, with just occasional evening shifts for events.

Previous kitchen experience preferred
