Our TRM's are vital to the operations of our wonderful homes and therefore the criteria is very specific - You must
Be over 21
Have a level 3/4 diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care / Children and Young People's workforce (advantageous is direct work in a children's residential home)
Be fully flexible to work on a shift pattern and able to work unsociable hours which will include a “sleep in”
Hold a full UK driving license
Have experience working in a residential child care sector
Advantageous components - Experience of supervising staff, experience of undertaking meetings, experience of advising on an on call scenario, experience of care planning, the ability to lead and direct in challenging situations.

The TRM Role will be similar to what you do now, leading the day and dealing with decision making, you will be working with the children, (including sleep in's) however, you will also work alongside the manager to undertake leadership and management tasks to show case your ability to plan, assess, be flexible, be pro-active, be reactive and overall be able to multi-task in an ever changing setting. Throughout your role you will gain support from the registered manager and the responsible individual. You will be welcomed massively into a senior management team of professionals who have collectively over 35 years experience and we have a wonderful team ethic and open, honest value system. You will be role modelled and supported.

Core Children are an innovative and Child Centric Residential Care business offering supportive settings to Children aged 5-17 who may require a caring and nurturing environment.
Our homes support up to 3 Children who have a variety of behavioural and emotional difficulties. You will help deliver a service delivery model to ensure outstanding outcomes are achieved and Children are kept safe in a warm and caring environment.
You must hold (At a minimum) the Level 3 or 4 in Children and young peoples workforce (Or equivalent) and have experience of leading a team in a Child based setting. We will enrol you swiftly onto the Level 5 in leadership and management.
