About the Role
We are looking for two experienced and professional Gardeners to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality gardening and grounds maintenance services across a range of commercial and domestic properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled gardeners who take pride in their work and have the knowledge and experience to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of professional gardening and grounds maintenance
- Lawn care, hedge cutting, pruning, planting, weeding, and general garden upkeep
- Working on both commercial and residential properties
- Operating gardening machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Diagnosing and carrying out basic repairs and maintenance on gardening machinery and equipment
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional gardener
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, plants, and seasonal maintenance
- Experience using a wide range of gardening machinery and equipment
- Ability to carry out machinery and equipment repairs
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
