An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, successful, and respected Estate agency based in Harrogate. Myrings are a family-run, independent agency with a supportive, friendly team and a busy, vibrant office.
What you will be doing
- Portfolio management of properties in Harrogate & surrounding area
- Management of all aspects of maintenance
- Communicating with contractors for outstanding maintenance issues and providing updates to Landlords and Tenants
- Conducting inventories for new tenancies using software to create a report
- Conducting mid-tenancy inspections of managed properties, using software to collate reports
- Conducting end of tenancy check outs, using software to collate a report. Arranging end of tenancy works as required, negotiate deposit deductions between Tenant and Landlord.
- Management of compliance, ensuring all relevant safety checks are conducted in a timely manager
- Chasing & management of invoices from contractors, posting expenses
- Maintaining property records accurately via CRM system
- Handling tenant complaints

What you will need
- A full UK driving licence and to have your own car
- Previous experience in the property / estate agency industry is preferred however not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
