We are currently seeking an experienced curtain sewing machinist to join our team on a self-employed basis. If you have a keen eye for detail, experience in curtain making, and take pride in high-qulaity workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
Role Overview:
Contract: Self-employed
Pay: Paid per completed job (rates discussed per project)
Location: Manchester/Cheshire Area
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Sew custom-made curtains to specification
Work from provided measurements and fabric
Ensure quality finishes, including linings, headings, hems, and any special features
Meet agreed deadlines for completion of each project
Requirements:
Proven experience in curtain sewing/machining
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Reliable, communicative, and deadline-oriented
