Urgent Hiring – Immediate Start
We are seeking a dedicated End User Support Engineer (Band 2) to provide onsite IT support across multiple customer locations in the UK and Ireland. This is a 12-month contract opportunity requiring onsite presence for 3 days per week.
Locations
- Lurgan, Co. Armagh, United Kingdom – 2 Full Days per Week
- Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Ireland – Half Day per Week
- Lough Egish Food Park, Co. Monaghan, Ireland – Half Day per Week
Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, kiosks, and video conferencing systems.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software.
- Perform break/fix support and hardware replacement activities.
- Support mobile devices and end-user applications.
- Assist with meeting room technology and warehouse IT equipment.
- Provide basic network and server troubleshooting assistance.
- Support new user onboarding and IT inductions.
- Manage IT asset deployment, collection, inventory, and re-imaging activities.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and support records.
Required Skills
- Experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or IT Support roles.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel between assigned locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- UK National or Irish National preferred.
- Previous experience in onsite enterprise IT support environments.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
