Overview
We require summer Bar and Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. If you are home from uni and fancy some weekend work this would be ideal. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, working in a dynamic setting that values teamwork, efficiency, and a friendly attitude. All roles are paid, including internship positions, with a focus on delivering high standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food to customers in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
- Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Take orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations at all times
- Engage with guests professionally, creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and serving procedures is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour suitable for customer-facing roles
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- A professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service to all guests

Pay: £10.85-£12.21 per hour
