The opportunity
Access Training is the UK's leading provider of trade training programmes, covering electrical, plumbing, gas and construction. The people who enquire with us aren't browsing - they've made a decision to retrain and they're looking for the right programme to do it. Your job is to guide our customers through a consultative sale.
We're hiring a Telesales Executive to join a high-performing sales team with a pipeline of warm and hot inbound leads and an earnings structure that genuinely rewards results. Our top performers earn well above £95,000 because that’s what happens when you put the right person, in front of the right leads, with the right support.
What the role actually looks like
No cold outreach. No chasing people who don't want to hear from you. Just great leads and structured conversations.
- Consultative phone-based sales with people who have already decided to retrain
- Understand each prospect's goals and guide them to the right programme
- Present course options and walk through finance routes
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups to keep leads moving
- Hit meaningful targets and be accountable for your own conversion and revenue
What a great performer looks like here
- At least two years in a telesales or phone-based sales role
- Comfortable asking for the sale and confident handling payment or finance conversations
- Naturally consultative - you ask questions and listen before you pitch
- You run your own day without needing to be pushed
- You take customer service as seriously as you take your targets
- You want to earn serious money, and you know that comes from doing the basics brilliantly

What we're looking for
You'll have a background in telesales or phone-based sales, a track record you're proud of, and the kind of self-motivation that doesn't switch off when a manager isn't watching. Experience in services - training, recruitment, finance or similar - is a bonus, as is familiarity with regulated or finance-assisted sales.
Most importantly, you should be someone who gets energy from conversations, thrives under targets, and wants to earn serious money doing it.
Pay: £25,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
