Working Supervisor (Joinery Background) – Worcester City Centre
LG Project Consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Supervisor with a Joinery background for a prestigious high-end CAT A & CAT B office fit-out project in Worcester City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established fit-out contractor on a flagship commercial project, with work expected to last 10–12 weeks.
Job Details
- Location: Worcester City Centre
- Start Date: 6th July
- Duration: 10–12 Weeks
- Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Rate: £240 – £270 per day (depending on experience)
- Free on-site parking available
Scope of Works
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations whilst remaining hands-on when required. The project consists of a high-specification CAT A and CAT B office fit-out, so previous experience delivering commercial office environments to a high standard is essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day supervision of subcontractors and direct labour
- Monitoring site progress and quality of workmanship
- Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme requirements
- Liaising with site management and project teams
- Assisting with joinery and fit-out works when required
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Requirements
- Significant CAT A & CAT B office fit-out experience
- Strong joinery background
- Previous experience working as a Working Supervisor or Site Supervisor
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
