Zen Educate are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our friendly and supportive team in Derby. This position is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers who hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Successful and qualified teachers will be paid in a range £154 - £190 a day.
You will play a key role in providing high-quality teaching and learning, inspiring pupils to achieve their best, and contributing to the vibrant life of our school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support for individual needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote pupil well-being and achievement.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to providing the best outcomes for children.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, reflective, and keen to develop professionally.
- Suitable for both ECTs (with full induction support provided) and experienced teachers looking for a new challenge.
