Key Responsibilities
- Full 360 recruitment role (Business Development + Candidate Delivery)
- Building and developing your own specialist desk within our niche markets
- Generating new business through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn and referrals
- Managing the full client lifecycle — from winning terms to placement
- Sourcing senior-level candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and headhunting
- Negotiating fees, offers and closing deals
- Building long-term partnerships with clients globally (we’ve placed in 15+ countries)
- Creating job adverts and marketing campaigns to attract top talent
- Becoming a true market specialist within your sector

Pay: £23,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
