Hours: Mon - Fri, 20-30 Hours per week

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating cleaning teams across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety are consistently met. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong leadership and excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff across various locations.
· Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards and schedules.
· Conduct quality checks and address any performance or operational issues.
· Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
· Maintain accurate records of work, hours, and supplies.
· Communicate effectively with clients and management.
· Onboard new colleagues onto our various App based operating platforms.
· There will be a requirement to cover clean sites when required.
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Mobile Cleaning Operative essential
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
