Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our Coventry team. This is a hands-on role with genuine progression towards a Warehouse Supervisor position.
You’ll be involved in all day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, goods in, stock control, and helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Booking in and putting away stock
- Loading and unloading deliveries (including containers)
- Maintaining accurate stock locations
- Supporting stock checks and stock organisation
- General warehouse duties as required
Progression
For the right person, this role can develop into:
- Greater responsibility for warehouse processes
- Forklift training
- Training and supporting other staff
- Progression towards Warehouse Supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable with a practical, “get stuck in” attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable in a physical, hands-on role involving regular manual handling, including some heavy lifting
- Willing to learn and take responsibility
- Warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
