Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team immediately, specialising in supporting individuals with complex needs in a Supported Living environment. Duties
- Provide personalised support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication management in accordance with care plans.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and participating in social activities.
- Document and report on client progress and any concerns in line with organisational policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using IT systems and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Drive clients where necessary, ensuring safe transportation in accordance with road safety regulations.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including infection control procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within supported living, autism, learning difficulties is essential
- Valid driving licence is preferred to support client transportation needs.
- Good understanding of care plans and ability to implement them effectively.
- Strong IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support individuals with complex needs.
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts as required by the role.

Pay: £13.49-£15.56 per hour
