Job Overview
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the success of our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales and purchasing teams
- Make follow-up and enquiry phone calls to customers and suppliers for clarifications and relationship-building.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tender opportunities
- Analyse tender requirements and decide whether to bid
- Coordinate with internal departments to support the sales process
- Assist in the organisation of sales events and trade shows
Required Skills & Experience
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Effective problem-solving and task prioritisation skills

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Sales Administrator will be required to work on-site at our office location.
