The Old Court Hotel is a busy Country Inn with 22 bedrooms and 2 self catering properties on one site. We have a formal Dining Room, Bar and Conservatory, plus a Function Suite which caters for up to 100.
Working 4.5 days per week, shifts vary within the 4.5 days with some splits, some straights. Two days off together mid week. Our food service times are 12-8.45pm. We open all year round apart from being shut Christmas Eve night, Christmas Day & Boxing Day where we are closed every year.
We're extending our team ready for the Spring/Summer season. Roles are permanent and salary based on average hours. Working within our established kitchen team led by our Head Chef, Gary who has been in place for years.
We offer Home Cooked extensive Bar Food on a Menu which changes twice yearly. Alongside which we offer Weekly Specials. For our Tudor Dining Room we offer an A La Carte Menu.
We are looking for people with experience and that can competently deliver great food in well oiled machine that produces high volumes of food during the summer months.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
