Project Manager – Roundtable Projects Ltd
Looking for more than just a job in construction? Step into the thick of it with Roundtable Projects
We don’t need to list the standard bullet points (though we’ve got them if you want them). What we really want is to work with project managers who thrive when things get technical, fast-paced and occasionally messy, but still want their evenings back.
At Roundtable Projects, construction isn’t about shouting the loudest or waiting for someone else to pick up the pieces. It’s about teamwork, accountability and thinking ahead. If you’re someone who’s always asking “how can we do this better?” then you’ll fit right in.
Why join us?
- We’re not a top-heavy tier 1 contractor. We’re a growing independent with a mission to deliver construction differently. Collaborative, practical and design-led from day one.
- We do love our systems, but don’t worry, you won’t be boxed in by red tape. If you’ve got a smarter way of working, we’ll back it.
- We’ve got proper projects. You’ll be delivering high-quality healthcare, education, industrial and public sector schemes across the Midlands and beyond. They are often sensitive, often complex, always interesting.
- We value clear thinking and steady hands. You’ll lead the charge from pre-con to handover, with the autonomy and trust to run your jobs your way, provided it’s professional, proactive and snag free as possible.
