We are seeking to recruit a Nursery Leader for our multi site Derby nursery offering a competitive package.
Applicants must demonstrate leadership skills and evidence the ability to lead and develop teams.
Applicants must have drive, be energetic and committed and passionate about providing the highest quality of childcare and learning experiences to children.
Applicants must have a sound understanding of the EYFS and be able to use their knowledge and experience to mentor and develop their team. A sound understanding of good practice, safeguarding, health and safety, risk assessment and caring for an developing the environment is essential.
Applicants must have the ability to develop excellent parent and carer partnerships and the necessary skills to enhance good teamwork within the nursery. The minimum qualification required is NVQ level 3 in childcare or an equivalent, all applicants will be subject to reference and DBS checks.
