- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant, takeaway or burger/chicken concept.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- A great work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality and pride in their work.
- A willingness to learn, improve and take on feedback.
- The ability to adapt and help wherever needed.
- A genuine understanding that every customer experience matters.
