We’re recruiting for a skilled Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid FLT and warehouse experience looking for a long-term, secure role.

Your Role
Operating Counterbalance & Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Loading, unloading, and moving stock across the warehouse
Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Supporting goods in/out and dispatch
Carrying out basic equipment checks
Manual handling and stock organisation
Maintaining high health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
✔ Valid Counterbalance & Reach licences (externally accredited)
✔ Previous warehouse / logistics experience
✔ Confident with stock movement and FLT operations
✔ Experience with WMS systems (desirable)
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Reliable and team-oriented
