We're working with a values-led housing organisation in South Wales that's in the middle of something genuinely exciting.
Following a recent merger, they're building something new, not just combining teams, but shaping a completely new organisation, culture, and way of working.
And this is where you come in.
The opportunity
This is a standalone People Project Lead role, perfect for someone who enjoys owning work, shaping direction, and seeing things through properly.
You'll sit at the heart of organisational change, leading key people-focused projects across areas like:
- Reward and benefits
- People systems and data
- Organisational design and reshaping
- Talent, attraction and employee experience
You'll be the go-to HR voice within wider project workstreams, helping bring structure, clarity and momentum, while making sure people stay engaged and supported along the way.

This isn't a traditional HR role. And it's not a pure project role either.
It's for someone who:
- Has led projects end-to-end (not just supported them)
- Is comfortable working without a team, but alongside senior stakeholders
- Can bring people with them, not just deliver a plan

Think Senior HRBP level, but with a real focus on delivery and change.
About you
You'll likely be someone who:
- Has experience across a broad range of HR disciplines (ER, change, systems, reward)
- Has personally driven projects or change initiatives
- Builds strong, credible relationships at all levels
- Is calm, solutions-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Enjoys influencing and collaborating rather than directing
Housing experience is helpful but not essential.
