Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and diligent CSCS Labourers with valid DBS clearance to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various site tasks, supporting tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of projects. Responsibilities
- Assisting with general site clearance and tidying work areas to maintain a safe environment
- Supporting tradespeople with materials handling and equipment setup
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials and tools as required
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Moving and organising materials around the site efficiently
- Supporting the team in maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment
- Following instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks promptly
Experience
- Valid CSCS card essential; previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not mandatory
- Valid DBS clearance is required for working on sensitive or secure sites
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction environment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual handling tasks
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
