Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in private homes, hotels, or commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards and client expectations
- Maintain organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Assist with laundry and linen changing when required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial work, hotel cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage
- Basic cooking skills are a plus but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Flexibility to adapt to different client requirements and schedules
- Must be organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
