As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading a professional brigade while ensuring the exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation are maintained at all times.

As Head Chef you will:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead, motivate, and develop a talented brigade
- Create and develop seasonal menus showcasing the finest local produce
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Control food costs and kitchen budgets effectively
- Ensure all food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures are adhered to
- Drive consistency throughout every service while maintaining a calm and professional kitchen environment
- Work closely with senior management to continue developing the restaurant's reputation and success
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within high-quality restaurants, luxury hotels, or award-winning gastro pubs and possess the leadership skills required to run a successful Rosette-level kitchen.
You will be passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients, committed to developing your team, and capable of delivering exceptional dining experiences day after day.
