Tiddlywinks Nursery School is now offering an opening position an Early Years Apprentice to join our team in our 0-5 setting and Out Of School Club. This is a one year apprenticeship working towards gaining a SVQ3 in Social Services. (Children and Young People).
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the children are cared for in a happy and stimulating environment
- Building meaningful relationships with our children and their families
- Complete your training and apprenticeship
- Develop your own knowledge and skills in effective childcare practice
- Being enthusiastic, fun and friendly!
We are looking for somebody with a passion to work in childcare and will contribute to providing a high quality environment for both children and families.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muirhead DD2 5QF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
