Fine & Country York is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Lister / Sales Manager to drive growth across the YO postcodes, working with premium homes and discerning clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Winning new instructions across York and surrounding YO areas
- Carrying out high-quality market appraisals for premium homes
- Converting valuations into listings at strong fee levels
- Managing the sales journey from instruction to completion
- Building long-term relationships with vendors and buyers
- Daily call prospecting to generate new valuation opportunities
- Regular marketing drops and door-to-door canvassing in target streets
- Recording social media video content to promote properties and your local presence
- Representing a premium, internationally recognised brand
- Being visible in the market and known as the go-to property expert
What we’re looking for
✔ Must be based within the YO postcode area
✔ Proven track record of winning new business and listings
✔ Confident carrying out market appraisals on higher-value homes
✔ Professional, articulate, and commercially driven
✔ Strong local knowledge and network
✔ Must drive and have own vehicle
✔ Minimum 2+ years estate agency experience in a listing role
This role will not suit a junior negotiator or someone without listing experience.
Hours of Work
- 45 hours per week
- Includes regular weekend work as part of the role
