About Bespoke by Smith & Brock
At Smith & Brock, we're not just in the business of fresh produce, we're in the business of people, relationships, and responsibility. As a proudly family-run company, our values sit at the heart of everything we do: quality without compromise, integrity in every interaction, and sustainability that protects the future.
Bespoke by Smith & Brock is our newest venture. We have partnered with former Michelin-starred chef Marcus Eaves to launch a premium food production business focused on excellence, creativity, and scale. Built on the same trusted values, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something being built from the ground up.
The Role: Goods-In & Kitchen Administrator
We're looking for a hands-on Goods-In & Kitchen Administrator to work closely alongside Marcus and the kitchen management, helping keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly. This isn't a desk job, you'll be right in the middle of the action, supporting the kitchen with goods-in, stock counts, ordering, and some spec work, all under Marcus's supervision. If you're organised, proactive, and not afraid to roll your sleeves up, this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing goods-in and ensuring stock is accurately received, tidy, and recorded
- Carrying out regular stock counts and flagging discrepancies
- Placing and tracking orders to keep the kitchen well supplied
- Supporting Marcus with spec work and product administration
- Running daily orders, printing reports and labels
- Being flexible and hands-on as the business grows, picking up additional tasks where needed
What We're Looking For
- Organised, reliable, and proactive, someone who stays one step ahead
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic computer literacy for day-to-day admin tasks
- Good attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Previous kitchen or food production experience is helpful but not essential, the right attitude matters most
What We Offer
- Flexible hours – part time or full time, day shifts only
Weekends off, yes, really!- WE off! (just occasional WE)
- Weekly grocery shop including fresh fruit and vegetables at cost price
- Opportunity to be part of an exciting new premium food production business
- A supportive, values-driven, family-run company culture
- Salary £14.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience
- Refer a Friend bonus
- Extra day of holiday for your birthday
- Earned Wage Access, early access to your wages before payday
