The Role: We are looking for a Trade Counter Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Neilsons Joinery Superstore.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, contributing to the overall team spirit.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must possess a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in a Timber / Builders Merchants is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, helpful attitude and a high standard of work are essential.
- A driving licence is essential for this position. As from time to time you maybe asked to deliver small items or complete small stock transfers.
Details:
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Competitive wage, dependent on experience.
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays.
