Aspire Medical Health is looking to recruit a Part-time or Full-time Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team to do frailty work.
This is an excellent opportunity for GP nurses or hospital nurses who are interested in transitioning into General Practice. Full support and development will be provided to help you build confidence in primary care.
The role requires experience in both child and adult immunisations, along with a strong interest in developing skills in chronic disease management, or existing competency in long-term condition (LTR) reviews, as well as a main role in frailty.
