Applications are invited from enthusiastic and responsible individuals to work alternative weeks at this office. The role is ideal for someone seeking flexible employment that involves working one week on and one week off along side another colleague to handle sales and a wide range of administrative duties for immediate start at our branch in Dundee. Candidates should have a pleasant telephone manner and possess good communication and keyboard skills. A sales or retail background would be advantageous but training will be given.
Duties include talking to customers, colleagues and local authorities, mailing brochures, dealing with banking, maintaining an existing administrative system, credit control, completion of order forms, recording enquiries, filing and general housekeeping. Although not essential, a driving licence and a car would be helpful.
If successful, the candidate must be willing to cover for holiday and unplanned absence.
The office hours are: Monday to Friday 09.30 - 12.30 and 13.30 - 16.30.
