Job Title: Bank Staff Member (Possible Full time role available at later date)
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bank staff member to join our team at a vibrant nursery in the heart of the community. We aim to inspire children to have a confidence in the natural world around them, in their own abilities to achieve and who best thrive when they’re challenged in an engaging and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, being outdoors, and hold a nurturing approach to childcare. Due to the nature of the role, we would appreciate the candidate to be flexible and available, occasionally at short notice.
Duties:
- Assist in providing high-quality care and support to children in the nursery
- Engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Support and abide by safeguarding practices within the nursery
- Contribute to the early childhood education curriculum
- Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting desirable but not essential all training can be provided
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for nurturing and developing young minds
