We’re expanding our field sales team and looking for energetic, self‑motivated field representatives to help tenants understand their rights, identify potential housing disrepair issues and guide them through the claims process.
Many tenants have been living with unresolved housing issues for months, or sometimes years, and you’ll be the person who can help them take action, whether that means repairs, compensation and ultimately peace of mind.
This is a self‑employed, commission‑only role with uncapped earning potential.
OTE £1,000 a week

If you’ve worked in door‑to‑door, field sales, charity fundraising, utilities, telecoms or direct sales then this opportunity could be for you. However, experience isn’t essential if you’ve got the right attitude.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
- Engaging residents in local communities to raise awareness of housing disrepair rights
- Explaining the claims process clearly, confidently and compassionately
- Carrying out in‑home assessments with prospective clients
- Building rapport and long-term trust with tenants
- Completing onboarding documentation accurately and professionally
- Supporting clients step‑by‑step as they begin their claim
