We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our growing field team as self-employed Field Sales Representatives covering Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, West Bromwich and surrounding areas.
This is a field-based role focused on raising awareness of housing disrepair claims and helping eligible tenants begin the claims process. You will be responsible for speaking directly with potential clients, building rapport, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
You will work as part of a local team of 3 with ongoing support, training and progression opportunities available.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident speaking with people, self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients in residential areas
- Raise awareness of housing disrepair claims and services
- Carry out in-home assessments with prospective clients
- Explain the claims process clearly and professionally
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a positive reputation
- Accurately complete client onboarding information and documentation
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management
Requirements
- Previous sales, customer service, canvassing or field-based experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with members of the public
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

Earnings
- Realistic OTE: £50,000+ per year
- Uncapped commission structure
Pay: £27,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
