As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients and helping to grow our presence across the Driving, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales, recruitment, account management or business development who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities.
The Role of a Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Business Development
- Identifying and targeting potential new clients.
- Generating new business opportunities through telephone and face-to-face sales activity.
- Booking and attending client meetings.
- Building a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Converting new opportunities into active accounts.
Relationship Building
- Developing strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Understanding client requirements and recruitment challenges.
- Providing recruitment solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing clients.
Market Development
- Identifying opportunities within local markets.
- Promoting Titan Recruitment's services and unique selling points.
- Tracking competitor activity and market trends.
- Working closely with branch teams to maximise opportunities.
Administration & CRM
- Updating and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
- Managing sales pipelines and follow-up activity.
- Recording meetings, opportunities and sales outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
The successful Sales Consultant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and resilient approach.
- The ability to build relationships quickly.
- A desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- A full UK driving licence.
